Ashley is the best trainer I have worked with! I been with her for over a year, and it’s been an experience that I don’t regret! Ashley will stay on you about your eating and make sure you hold yourself accountable. She will work the hell out of you! So don’t be scared or surprised lol. You will feel wonderful and sore afterwards, but it’s worth it! Also she helps me mentally as well with our guided meditations at the end of our workouts. 10/10 do recommend lol
